Our Team

Since 1967 – when we first started – we have grown to become one of South Australia’s largest privately owned companies.  Today we are still a family owned business now employing over 200 people.

In 1986 Mick Mercorella was appointed Managing Director and remains in this role today, with his sister Rosalba managing administration functions.

We combine an experienced management line up with a dedicated team from diverse backgrounds, all supported by a board of directors.   We understand the language used both in the board room and on the farm (literally), providing the depth and experience to service our customers confidently and effectively.

Our entire team plays a critical role in the successful delivery of our service to our customers and we are proud to have many long term loyal employees.

To ensure we sustain a high level of service to our customers we have the right people doing the right job:

  • We strive to attract and retain people that fit with the culture of our organization and the needs of our customers.
  • We provide education and training, which starts with an induction course on commencement and is continually updated in line with Quality Assurance systems.
  • We employ performance management processes extending to all employees measuring both individual and team performance.

Our knowledge and capabilities have been painstakingly developed over many years.  We remain a committed team with a good report card – working everyday with Passion, Heart and Determination.
