The Mercorella Group of companies was established in 1967 by Luciano (Loui) and Maria Grazia (Grace) Mercorella when they started in the fruit & vegetable industry with L & M.G. Mercorella Pty. Ltd. We have grown to become one of South Australia’s largest privately owned companies, and specialise in the handling and distribution of fresh produce to major supermarkets throughout Australia. Today the Mercorella Group remains a family owned business employing over 200 people and operates from a 16 acre site north of Adelaide at Burton, strategically located to service our clients. We offer a sustainable, experienced, passionate and professional approach to fresh produce supply chain activities with all Mercorella Group businesses supported by a well-honed infrastructure, including administration support, risk management infrastructure / systems, and I.T. network.
